AIS accepts children from 2 ½ years to Kindergarten. The Kindergarten, Primary and Secondary Schools are located on the same site. Students study in the English medium. Sinhala and Tamil are taught as second languages. AIS follows the British system of education and students in the Secondary School sit for the British General Certificate of Education (GCE) O/ Level and A /Level examinations.
