Preliminary Course in Human Resource Management (PCHRM)
Target Group: For those who sat the G.C.E. Ordinary Level, School Leavers and others anticipating to select a career in the field of Human Resource Management.
Qualification for Admission: GCE (O/L) with School Leaving Certificate
Medium: English
Duration: 2 Months
 

Foundation Course in Human Resource Management (FCHRM)
Target Group: School leavers, those engaged in clerical services, General Clerks, Supervisory staff and any others interested in pursuing a career in HRM.
Qualification for Admission:
G.C.E. (O/L) with minimum six passes in one sitting including five credit passes and a pass in Mathematics and Sinhala OR Any other higher qualifications accepted by the Institute OR Successful completion of the IPM Preliminary Course in Human Resource Management (PCHRM). In the case of English medium, a simple pass in English is essential.
Medium: English / Sinhala
Duration: 2 Months

Certificate Course in Human Resource Management (CCHRM)
Target Group: Junior Executives, Supervisory Grades, University undergraduates aspiring to a career in HRM.
Qualification for Admission:
G.C.E. (A/L) 3 passes in one sitting OR
Those who successfully completed IPM Foundation Course in
Human Resources Management (FCHRM) OR
G.C.E. (O/L) with minimum 2 years supervisory level experience
Medium: English / Sinhala
Duration: 3 Months

Professional Qualification in Human Resource Management (PQHRM)
Professional Stage - I
Professional Stage – II
Professional Stage – III
Target Group: Senior Executives, Asst Managers, Managers, Graduates and other professionals who aspire for a career in HRM
Qualification for Admission:
Graduate or full professional qualifications from a recognized professional institute OR
Those who have successfully completed IPM Certificate Course in Human Resources Management OR
G.C.E. (A/L) with 03 passes and a credit pass in English at G.C.E. (O/L) with 3 years executive level experience in a recognized organization
Medium: English / Sinhala
Duration: 2 Years

Certificate Course in Training & Development (CCTD)
Target Group: Junior Executives, Supervisory Grades, University undergraduates aspiring to a career in Training and Development.
Qualification for Admission:
G.C.E. (A/L) 3 passes in one sitting OR Those who have successfully completed IPM Foundation Course in Human Resources Management.
Medium: English / Sinhala
Duration: 3 Months

National Diploma in Training & Development (NDTD)
Target Group: Senior Executives, Asst. Managers, Managers, Graduates and other professionals who aspire for a career in T & D.
